you can do that with FORMAT()

e.g.
FORMAT([Temperature], "0.0" & UNICHAR(176) & "C")
FORMAT changes output from numeric to text, so most likely you will need a separate set of numeric (for charts) and text (for tooltips) measures
they are numeric fileds right? you can add custom label to axis explaining which unit is shown, you need to click the paint roller icon just below the visuals icons

It's a good idea, but not enough for my request. The label doesn't impact a tooltip which appear when I move a mouse on the chart.
I'm looking for the sollution how to add the information type in the column directly (like currency or percentage).
