How to deal with column having multiple values

Hello I am trying to make a pie chart for all issue  present in all availble   "markets" .I have a column named "Maeket" and each issue can fall into 4 types of markets, the markets  being "America","MacAsia"."ANZ","EMEA".However sometime the market column has the data "All" which means it effects all markets,i.e "America,MacAsia,ANZ, EMEA"

I tried replacing the value "All" with "America,MacAsia,ANZ , EMEA" and split the columns by comma . after splitting the columns have 4 columns which helps me to count the numbers of issues present in ANZ,America,Macasia,Emea. However I cant put all 4 columns as legends in pie chart. How do i deal with markets having the value "All".

Thanks for your helpMarket Affected columns after splittingMarket Affected columns after splittingPie chartPie chartmeasure for counting respective marketmeasure for counting respective market

As you can se from the pie chart I want to Show  America as "208"(196+12) , ANZ  as "87"(75+12)  and EMEA as 27 (15+12).Thanks

I think you may need an extra step -"Unpivot"
