How to deal with Durations

Hello everybody,

I need help regarding "Totals" of my table. 

I do have good totals for my measures (I can't screenshot it, sensitive information) but my first column is called "Client Number" and I currently have a total of this numbers at the bottom of the table but I don't want it.

 

I cant' remove Total completely cause I need it in my others columns.

I make a test with the table and matrix visuals as below:

I find only last matrix visual can reproduce your problem,

so i use the last as an example to make following test:

Change the setting of field formatting as below

Thus, without turning off subtotal/total, you could hide the total for "client column".
