How to cut columns and paste under Other columns in Power qury

Hello All,

I am beginner to powerBI...when working on one of my data ..i faceing an issue...in my  data set i have all 12 months of data side by side ..so i want bring them one below the other ..to have single table with only one date column  ..please find below data set...i tried of doing creating 12 duplicates for 12 month and later merge all duplicates its very time taking process(i even need do this task other simmilar data ) ...please can any one suggest that how can we create a table using DAX...by selecting fixed range of columns ands pasting one below the Other or any other best possible solution

Hi @Anonymous 

You could find the "append" feature in the link provided by amitchandak,

name the date column and other columns for every month with the same name, then append them,

then you will get a table with date column and other columns.

date column holds dates from Jan to Dec.

 

After loading data into data model, you can create a date table and create relationship between this date table and your main tables.
