How to create weekly, QTD and YTD variance walk

I am trying to find out how to recreate the below table in Power BI. Anyone have any suggestions?? I'm working with a fiscal calendar, so that's another factor. But basically, searching for a clean variance walk that will show weekly variance, QTD and YTD totals.
