I have a paginated report that i need to add several tabs and wanted to know if anyone has any idea of how to go about or if its even doable in report builder

What is the tab refer to? Could you please give more detail about what does it look like and what is the function of it?

a tab will be basically like a sub report, so that each tab has one sub report associated with with it
