Please advise how to create a column or measure %Time of Total like this formula in Excel?

Column = 'Table (2)'[time]/sum('Table (2)'[time])

You are right but I need to filter my data by many users and tasks and see adjusted %Time of total. Looks like the advice below is more suitable for me.

Please try to write the below measure.

measures =
DIVIDE (
SUM ( 'table'[Time] ),
CALCULATE ( SUM ( 'table'[Time] ), ALLSELECTED ( table ) ),
BLANK ()
)
