How to create a timeline chart by person and category values

I want to create the following chart:

This chart displays for every month and person the categories and its values.
The table i have is in the following format:

 
I've managed to create a slicer which displays the data correctly but is not like the chart above:

Any ideas how to achieve a chart just like first image?

I'm not so clear with your description, can you please explain more detail about these? Did you mean to create a visual that can generate multiple sub graphs based on your category?
