How to create a tabular representation of SharePoint list

I have a sharepoint list as my data source and I want to create a tabular representation below my report in power bi.

 

The table should contain something like this. Is this possible in power bi? 

It seems that I should group it by Location, and group it again by Reference number.

@tonton , I doubt it with standard visual.  The paginated report, you might have something like this.
