How to create a table dynamically in PowerBI with filters based on slicer selection by the user.

I have a table TBL_FullMonthData in data source which is connected to Power BI using direct query. This contains 12 months of data.
I have a month slicer in my report where user can select the month.
Based on the user selection,I need to create a table TBL_ONE_ONEMONTH  from TBL_FullMonthData  which contains only 1 month data based on user selected month~

Please Help..

Hi @labeebamani ,

The measure is dynamic but the calculated tables are computed during the database processing and then stored in the model. So In your scenario, we cannot make the calculated table dynamically based on slicer selection.

Hi @labeebamani,

I'm sorry but I don't understand you.

When you are using a table visual and you have a monthslicer and you use this month slicer - the table visual is will get filtered.

You just need to make sure that the table from which the monthslicer originates has a relationship with your "to be filtered" table.

What am I missunderstanding? What do you want to achieve in the end?

BR,

Josef

Am referring to a calculated table not the visual.
