How to create a filter effective through all pages?

I have a request now to create a filter which is effective through all pages.

Let's say I have a table and one of the columns has 4 distinct values. I need a filter that display all 4 values in one page. When I click one of them (for example "AAA"), the filter is activated and effective through pages (as shown I have 4 pages and the filter is in the first page). When I switch to, for example page "Agenda", all the visuals should work based on the selected value in the first page. How could I manage this function? Thank you.
