How to create a bar with limit markers and spread/error bars

Hi,

I would like to use Power BI to create similar gaphs like in used to do in Excel & pivot tables. Usually I analyse a big amount of measurement data at different temperatures, speed, etc. Therefore i need for each column the tolerance limits MIN and MAX and the spread/error of the measurement values that are contained in one column. See below an example. How can I create such limits and spread inidcators in Power BI?

I'm not aware of an existing visual that looks like this, but it could be made with the Charticulator visual.
