How to create New Measure to show cumulative balance?

Hi,

how can I create a New Measure that creates a new column where the blue line is (for each month)? This new column should SUM 'Sum IN/OUT' + 'Available Stock'.

Then, the following month result for 'Available Stock' should consider the balance for the previous month.

Are 'Sum IN/OUT' and 'Available Stock' calculated columns or measures? Please show us the formula of them. Besides, it would be better to provide sample data (including column headers and row values) in original table so that we can know the table structure.
