How to count specific sums within a data set

I have a set of license values within a data set. I need to count the amount of customers which have a summarized total of AmountIn and AmountOut equals 0, meaning a lost customer.

So in this table below it would evaluate that only one of the customers is lost (A), since the others still have a balance different from zero.

I am not cracking this one myself...

just make a new Measure by using the following dax

Lost_Customer = CALCULATE(COUNTA(Table1[Customer]), Table1[AmountIn] = 0)

Thank you Gaurav. However, for customer C the summarized amount is not zero and the customer is not lost. (And I clarified in my description since I understand I was not 100% clear on the summarized values och both In and Out equal to zero.)
