Hi
I am looking to calculate the number of paydays remaining during a set period (i.e. paydays left during Tax Year) Its a bit more complicated than just count months between two periods because if a Payday is on the 1st of each month, and i run the report on the 2nd of the month, the output needs to exclude the current month because the 1st of this month has already past
Can anyone help with this specific calculation?
Regards
Dan
Hi @DCrowther ,
Could you please share your sample data and excepted result to me if you don't have any Confidential Information. Please upload your files to One Drive and share the link here.
Hi @DCrowther ,
You could add another column in a date table that flags whether or not the date is a pay day or not (1 and 0).
Then create a measure that sums the payday column after today(). You can add other filters to the calculating such as the tax year etc.
Hope this helps
Thanks,
George
