I have data below.

UsernameFrequency
AAA10
BBB10
ABC11
BBC11
CCC8
EEC6
AEC13
AAA10
AAA10
BBC11

I want to count column "Frequency" that how many values that greater 10 in the condition of not the same username. The result will be

AAA = 3
BBB = 1
BBC = 2
AEC = 1
ABC = 1

Can anyone explains me how to use DAX?
