Hi,
I need to count the total active open ticket per month/Year, so suppose a ticket in open in Aug-2019 and closed at Oct 2019, then for Oct-2019 I need to count the ticket no of Aug-2019, Sep2019 and Oct-2019, so i need to count the opened ticket over time.
I can do the cumulative summation, but the problem is I need to count the Closed ticket also for each month/Year.
so I need to calculate the ticket which is still Opened after Closing some ticket and summarize it to the next month.
How can i do that? Please help me.
