I have a number of columns that contains multiple values/elements. (see picture)

Which function or formula allows me to retrieve the number of elements/members?

Column = VAR originalLength = LEN([Text])
VAR replaceLength = LEN(SUBSTITUTE([Text],",",""))
RETURN originalLength - replaceLength + 1
