How to convert multiple rows into a single column in power bi

Hi PBI community,

 

I have a doubt in which I have to convert the multiple rows into a column. For a particular person belonging to a particular day and ID, I want only single row. I have also attached the expected input and output. I have tried to search online on how we could do this. But I wasn't able to find anything suitable to this use case. 

It will be very helpful if someone could tell me how we could do this in power bi

You can Pivot the last two columns. Please find below and example with a screenshot before and after pivoting the comuns:
