Can you please suggest me how to convert/change the data source connection from DB2 to ODBC of an existing report in PBI desktop.

If data is the same as it was in DB2, you can copy generated M query and paste it into the advanced query of original query. It number of columns and column names are the same, it will work smoothly. Otherwise, you will need to make aliases or existing calculations will fail.
Below is Advanced editor option in Power Query.
