How to connect windows server in power bi to build live reports

Hi Team, i have an requirement to connect my windows server through vpn on Power bi desktop and want build power bi report to get live data like if services are up and down  for application i want to capture this information in Power BI so how can i connect windows server in power BI. Please suggest me if we have any other approch to achieve in Power BI.

You will need to publish the report from the server computer to the Power BI Service (online) and then connect from your second computer to the published dataset/report.
