How to connect to PostgreSQL installed in laptop (localhost) using Power BI from different laptop

How to connect to PostgreSQL installed in laptop (localhost) using Power BI from different laptop.

I have a postgresql server installed on my personal laptop and when I want to connect using Power BI which is installed on same laptop then I am using localhost as server name in power bi, postgres as database name. Able to see the tables and working fine.

But ho can I access this same databse using power bi which is installed on my another personal laptop. If I type the IP address as server name it is saying no such host exist

you need to open the port in the windows firewall of the PC that hosts the database
