How to connect an excel report from outlook to Power BI for data analysis?

Hello All,

I am trying to connect an excel report from my outlook (which is received every 2 hours) to Power BI to perform data analysis.

Is this possible? And if yes how? As i researched a lot for this but couldnt find a solution.

Hi  @Anonymous,

You need the following steps:

1. Need to check that the desktop version is up to date 
2. Find "Microsoft Exchange online" in "other" through "get data" of power Bi desktop
3. Then you need to enter your email address
4. you will be asked to enter credentials. If you have Office 365 mailbox, then you can use Microsoft tab to login. 
5. Then you could see load the data
