Hi @Kelly_Zhu

You can use this Measure to get "RELATEDF"

RelatedF =
VAR MaxE =
    MAX ( Table1[E] )
RETURN
    CALCULATE (
        VALUES ( Table1[F] ),
        FILTER ( ALLEXCEPT ( Table1, Table1[Group] ), Table1[E] = MaxE )
    )

Hi @Kelly_Zhu

You can use this Measure to get "RELATEDF"

RelatedF =
VAR MaxE =
    MAX ( Table1[E] )
RETURN
    CALCULATE (
        VALUES ( Table1[F] ),
        FILTER ( ALLEXCEPT ( Table1, Table1[Group] ), Table1[E] = MaxE )
    )
