How to combine company A raw date & company B raw data into 1 ?

Hi All

I have Company B raw data Date field format DD/MM/YYYY

i notice that after load , some of the row for for date field get error. may i know how to solve it ? 

Remark :- 

If i just load above CSV file to PBI , no issue , all date no error. 

Error occur when i try to add another company raw data to existing raw data. meaning i have company A and B raw data.

Company A raw data Date field format MM/DD/YYYY ( see below image ) , this CSV file can load into PBI with out any issue. 

When i load Company B raw data , then i get error on certain row for date field.

Hi @admin11 ,

Assum your regional setting is English(US) currently.

Step1: Load Company A and change the data type for date column(Company A) to date.

Step2: Change the 'locale for import' under Options->Regional Settings to English(UK).

Setp3: Load Company B and change the data type for date column(Company B) to date.

Setp4: combine company A and company B.
