As I know, there is no possible way to convert from Unicode to other type of character-encoding in Power BI.
Someone has submitted a similar request to Microsoft, please see: Make available in more Unicode fonts that will display Vietnamese and many other languages with spec.... You can click to vote it up. If this feature was mentioned by many users, product team will consider to add this feature to next release.

Do you mean for a particular visual, or in one of the editors?
Possibly not what you are looking for, but in the Query Editor, on the "View" tab, you can (un)check "Monospaced".
This option is also available under options in Power BI Desktop (Global options - Query Editor).
Otherwise I don't know if the font can be adjusted in other areas, except for the font size in the format of visuals.
