How to change report data source from local sample to sharepoint csv

Being new to Power BI, I used a subset of data in csv format to create my report.  Now that the report is complete, the data source needs to be a SharePoint csv file.  How do I do this?  Do I change the data source prior to publishing? Are step-by-step instructions / examples available?

Importing files from OneDrive or SharePoint Online into the Power BI service is a great way to make sure your work in Power BI Desktop stays in sync with the Power BI service. When you connect to a .csv file on OneDrive or SharePoint Online, a dataset is created in Power BI. Data from the .csv file is then imported into the dataset in Power BI. Power BI then automatically connects to the file and refreshes any changes with the dataset in Power BI. If you edit the .csv file in OneDrive, or SharePoint Online, once you save, those changes will appear in Power BI, usually within about an hour. Any visualizations in Power BI based on the dataset are automatically updated too.

Thank you for these links.  I will need to do this once I figure out how to go from the local data source to the SharePoint file as data source.  I've tried the other suggestions and been unsuccessful so far.  Any help on that would be greatly appreciated.

You can refer below step to change the data source:
Go to query editor --> go to select query step at right panel--> select source -->so it will open formula bar and under that change the file path to new file path.

Thanks for the link.  This looks simple, but browsing does not show SharePoint as an option.  How do I do that?  Also, if the filename is different going to the production dataset, will created measures automatically be converted?
