How to change minimum size for buttons

Hello,

I have a mildly infuriating problem with buttons' size in PBI Desktop:
As far as I know, it is not possible to SET the dimensions of buttons smaller than 40 by 40 using the "Visual" pane :

If i try to input numbers like 30 by 30, the field gets a red frame and it says the number is too small.
HOWEVER, I can resize the button itself to be smaller than this 40 by 40 limit by hand, but in this case the result is not very precise.
Is there a workaround for this?

Hi,

Not sure if you could call it a workaround but the only thing i could think of would be to create a custom theme and change the default size of the buttons

Hello @Gordonlilj , thank you for your reply.

First of all, I think that effort of creating a custom theme mainly for this purpose feels like overkill to me.
The feature I am talking about should exist out of the box, especially because buttons CAN be manually resized.

That being said, I will try what you suggested.
Can you point me out to a reference on how to change the default size of buttons with a custom theme?

I know what you mean.

Regarding the custom theme. I just remembered that unfortunately the width and height are one of the few things currently not definable within custom themes, sorry about that. Your best option is probably as you wrote to resize is by hand.
