How to calculate total rows

Hello everyone

Here's another problem I'm trying to solve. How to calculate the totals in this row to get the true sum.

I appreciate any help.

Best regards

Sumit

Hi @Anonymous ,

We can try to use a GROUPBY function in SUMX to meet your requirement, For example, if you put ColumnA and ColumnB in the row field of matrix visual, we can use a new measure to show the result:

NewMeasure =
SUMX (
    GROUPBY ( 'Table', 'Table'[ColumnA], 'Table'[ColumnB] ),
    CALCULATE ( [OldMeasure] )
)

If you want to get the result like 4+6=10, please grouy by the ColumnA.  If it does not work, could you please share the formula of you measure after removing any confidential information?

By the way, PBIX file as attached.

Best regards,
