How to calculate the response time

Hi everyone!

I have two columns. The first is "Received Date & Hour", and the second is "Sent Date & Hour". I need to calculate the response time(Sent - Received), but there are two conditions.

1. If it is after 5 pm, it should be calculated from the next day at 9 am.

2. It shouldn't count weekends

From this data, I would like to calculate the average response time for every person.

Is there somebody who could help me and give me some guidance?
