How to calculate cumulative total on a visualization

I have a set of data as in the attached file. I have created a "within country" measure to calculate the percentage of client investment amount to each country total. I sorted them by "invest amount". Now, since I would like to filter for the clients who constitute for top 60% investment amount in each country, I have to calculate the cumulative percentage of with "within country". How can I acheive this goal? Thanks!
