How to calculate cumulative sales for last 6 weeks?

Hi All,

I'm having 52 Weeks data(Weeknumber with Year only) in the format of (Weeknumber-Year).In which format it should be?

How to calculate last 6 weeks cumulative sales (week -year selection  is dynamic)?
