How to build this script into a non-dynamic source? HELP

Hi there, I've been struggling with this particular script... in Power BI desktop it refreshes perfectly, but in Service I get the message that it includes a dynamic data source. I tried to make it static but everytime I got an error: This is the script that works in Desktop, but not in Service:

Does someone know how I should format it to be static? I tried RelativePath etc. for example:
