How to build day and hour university halls occupancy calendar

I have Hall Id, Date, FromHour and ToHour

occupancy data for university halls.

halls busy hours table
date	hall	from	to
01/01/2018	1	9	13
01/01/2018	1	14	17
01/01/2018	2	8	10

01/01/2018	3	8	12
01/01/2018	3	13	16
01/01/2018	3	16	17

I m trying to build visual, that presents hall occupancy calendar for working date and hour 

Rows: Hall number

Column: working days and hours

Values: busy/free data

what is the best expirience way to do that?
