How to bring response rate calculation into "Matrix"

I've got a Matrix table like below with "Count of EDM Segments" sent and "Count of Donation Value" (which is the response back), how do I bring the "Response rate%" into this Matrix?  Which will be Response rate % = "Count of Donation Value"/"Count of EDM Segments"

I've created a "New Measure":

Syria EDM Responses % = (count('Syria Children''s Emergency Appeal'[Donation Value]))/(count('EDM-Syria Children''s Emergency Appeal Aug 2016'[EDM Segments]))

But when i bring this into "Matrix" or "KPI", it says below.

HI IVYHAI

IT SEEMS TO ME THAT YOUR DATA TYPE IS WRONG. YOU NEED TO SELECT DECIMAL NUMBER DATA TYPE TO NAIL THIS ISSUE.
