I have the below table in Power Bi.I want to range filter on the date column. date column is in text format.
name | date |
xyz | 01082020 |
abc | 01072020 |
pqr | 01062021 |
uwv | 01092021 |
lky | 15082020 |
Range filter is like date greater than equal to 01082020 and date less than equal to 31082021. The final result set should look like below
name | date |
xyz | 01082020 |
pqr | 01062021 |
lky | 15082020 |

Hey @ykumar03 ,
first you have to make sure that the column date is of data type date or datetime
then you can use the column inside a slicer using the Between setting of the slicer:
