How to apply RLS with users part of multiple roles in Power BI?

My requirement is to apply RLS on data to a user who is part of multiple roles (basically union of data restrcited to the roles). For instance, if UserA is part of Role X (one type of access) and Role Y (another type of access), dashboard should reflect data with both the roles (union). If user is not part of both these roles, need to verify if user is under manager hierarchy to view data of his reportees. Can you pleasse suggest on how to handle this using Roles in Power BI along with DAX?

On another note, if we create role for each of the above category and for scenarios where user is part of more than role (access level), dashboard doesn't render any data.

Thanks!
