How to add tooltip which shows the ID number of a participant if they have data at a particular date

Adding tooltip that shows the participant ID numbers when they have data for that particular date.

So the visual shows #Members to be 2 but I am interested in knowing their ID's.

How to achieve this?

Add Participate ID in a Tooltip field of that chart.

That gives just count of the ID's , whereas what I need is to be able to see the actual ID's.Something like this 94,95,100 etc..

Please make ID column as  Whole number. Then use this as a tool tip.

We can create a measure and use it in Tooltips Filed to meet your requirement:

Selected ID = 
CONCATENATEX ( SELECTCOLUMNS ( 'Table', "ID", [ID] ), [ID], "," )

You can try to make a custom page tooltip that has a grid with your ids and use it for your visual. The context filter will propagate to your visual on its own.
