How to add help text to a slicer or table column or any visual?

I have a Avarage count -> How do I write a short discription about this to user? I wanted to write discription so that user can "Hover over" to get details. Like defining things like Coumn name or a mesaure..

I normally add a text box above/below the visual with a description. From Home->Text Box

If there is no space for text box you consider adding tooltips.
