Hi all,
Unlike adding dollar sign for data label, "Y axis" label is still the same after changing column data type (all columns for "Columns values" in chart) to currency.
And there's only unit (auto, bn, m...) and decimal places in "Y-axis" setting. Just want to confirm if adding $ to Y-axis is not supported yet?
Thanks!

HI @Anonymous ,
This has always been supported in Power BI. See below:
My column has a Currency type of data-type:
When I move it to a visual, it shows me the correct formatting on y-axis: (Currency symbol)
Can you attach some screenshots on what you are seeing at your end?
I am working with the latest Power BI Desktop update.
Thanks,
Pragati

Thanks I overlooked the axis label of line values are on right hand side. Your solution even work in our 2021-May version.
HI @Anonymous ,
Yes this will work in any PBI version as I have always seen this working since I started working with Power BI. 🙂
Thanks,
Pragati
