Im working with data that includes transactions (USD) in "Milliunits", example shown below. This data is being imported using a web connection from an API provided by a third party SaaS.

How can I add delineation to the milliunits?

Currency	Milliunits	Amount
USD ($)	123450	$123.45
USD ($)	-120	-$0.12
