Hi @smjzahid ,

I have reproduced some data sample with adding Index(in PQ) ,RAG and Trend columns using the following formula:

RAG =
SWITCH ( 'Table'[Status], "Excellence", 1, "Below Expected", 3, 2 )

1.25.3.2.PNG

Trend =
VAR _after =
    MAXX (
        FILTER ( 'Table', 'Table'[Index] = EARLIER ( 'Table'[Index] ) + 1 ),
        [RAG]
    ) + 0
RETURN
    IF ( _after = BLANK () || ABS ( _after - [RAG] ) < 2, 1, 2 )

Then use Conditional Formatting -->Icons for RAG and Trend columns like this:

1.25.3.1.PNG1.25.3.3.PNG

The final output is shown below:

1.25.3.4.PNG

You could kindly take a look at the pbix file here.

In case there are no icons you want you could import it yourself as well, refer to:

@smjzahid what would be the logic for these icons?

You can create a measure with the logic and use a conditional formatting icon set. see this post
