Hi All
i have create a Account Receivsble report using PBI , for account staff to follow up payment with client . Let said client payment term already over due 30 day , when client promise issue payment on Feb 15 2021 , how can the account staff enter this info at PBI ? So when other people read the report know the info.

@Paulyeo11 at whatever granularity you want to see that data that is what you need in excel. If you are looking at date/customer/product level then should have all 3 columns, if only date then only date column, if date and customer then should be both. So you have to decide what is your requirement and go from there.

@Paulyeo11 , It looks a little difficult, I suggest you to create a kind of data entry page where customer or someone who is inputing data can input all the fiels like data and cust ID. Try something like this.

@Paulyeo11 Power BI is not used for writeback, either you have to store this information somewhere and bring it in Power BI but if you want data entry in Power BI, you can look at Power Apps which can be integrated with Power BI and use can enter the data.
