Hi Guys,
We have a Excel file that we uploaded in PowerBI. Now we want to show the travel time arount a city. For example the city is Haarlem, than we want a circle around Haarlem that shows the area of 15 minutes traveling from there. To make it a little more complex, we also want a second circle that shows us a travel time of 30 minutes. Please tell me this is possible and how 😄

What you are looking for is a drive time area. Sometimes is called service area or buffer zone (area).
I think ArcGIS requires license but it's worth checking the following posts:
