Data Sources:

We have 3 excel files and 2 tables from HANA Database.

To Load and transform data using Python script in Power BI:

We would like to have a single Python Script written to load/transform the data from both the above mentioned data source into Power BI desktop app for report generation.

I am no Python expert but can't this be done in Power Query instead?

@rajaranjith , Each python script is added as a source, I doubt it work line a db/file connection

See I am aware of python script for each data source and to transofme the loaded data. But my request was how to have a single python script for multiple data sources to load and transorm data. As part of it I may want to join the two loaded tables to one and do some data processing.

Please let me know if I have put my question in correct form.

@rajaranjith , Let's wait for the python expert to jump in. I think @VijayP can help with this.

Hi Vijay, Can help with this?

Thanks,
