How to Show conditional icon with a month over month percentage?

Hi,

I am using a month over month formula like below-

Current month hire-prior month hire / Current month

and my hire goal is 43.5%

i wrote theconditional forrrmating is-

if is greater then or equal to 43.5% then green

if is greater then or equal to 41.5% and less then 43.5% then amber color

is less then 41.5% then red color.

after using the conditional formating IMG_6044.jpg i got the icon like attached picture which is showing the wrong icon.

Do i need to create any measure for conditional icon? Any suggestions will be greatly help, Thanks in advance

Hi @Mith ,

According to your screenshot, I think you color by color scale. You may refer to below offical blog to learn more details.

For reference:

Color by color scale

Your calculation and conditional formatting is based on your data model. Please share a sample with me, this will make me easier to find the solution.

Best Regards,
