How to Rank duplicate values

hello Guys..
I have to calculated the distinct rank of dupilcate records plz help me below is my sample dataset. CSAT Rank is showing duplicate rank..

NT_login	CSAT NUM	CSAT Denom	CSAT	CSAT RANK
A	1	1	100%	1
A_A	1	2	50%	2
C	2	2	100%	1
A_B	3	7	42.9%	3
E	1	2	50%	2
F	4	12	33.3%	5

I want result like below table

Please help me how to calculate this using dax.
