How to Prevent Value From Changing When True Statement Is Met

I have this measure and it works fine when the initial count of 5 is met (i.e. displays a 1).  BUT, if the count goes over 5, then the value displayed is 0.  I want it it to stay at 1 no matter what once the initial count is met.  Is there a way to do that?

AFC South = IF (CALCULATE(
    COUNT(Query2[TR#]),
    FILTER(
        Query2,
        Query2[BadgeName] = "AFC South" ||
        Query2[BadgeName] = "Houston Texans" ||
        Query2[BadgeName] = "Indianapolis Colts" ||
        Query2[BadgeName] = "Jacksonville Jaguars" ||
        Query2[BadgeName] = "Tennessee Titans"
    )
) = 5,1,0)
