How to Match a Phone Number to a Customer in Power BI

I am trying to phone numbers to our customers on our sales spreadsheet.  The only problem is my phone numbers are tied to the customers on my customer list (this list does not have duplicates) and the sales are tied to the customers on my sales list (can be duplicate customers if they purchase multiple items).

I have tried to do it with CALCULATE and FILTER, but the FIRSTNONBLANK Formula isn't working in it.

Formula used: Home Phone = CALCULATE(FIRSTNONBLANK('Patient Details'[Home Phone Num],FILTER('Patient Details','Patient Details'[Patient]=FIRSTNONBLANK('Sales Details'[Patient]))))

Error Message Received: Too few arguments were passed to the FIRSTNONBLANK function. The minimum argument count for the function is 2.
