I have a Power BI report that uses Visio Visual. On the visual there is a icon that shows "3 of 5 free trials remaining. To keep creating Visio Visuals without interruption, you need Visio Online Plan 1 or Plan 2."
I DO have a Visio Online subscription. When I logged into Office 365, it showed I have both Power BI and a Visio Online Plan 2 subscription. I log into both using the same account (i.e. my work email).
How do I link the 2 together so I can get rid of the 5 free trials limit?

@parry2k We later found out that the issue was with my Azure profile. Despite having a Visio subscription, it was not enabled. Once our Azure admin enabled it, I was able to use Visio visual with Power BI.
Thank you for your reply and suggested fix. I'll keep that in mind for future troubleshooting.
@TD21 can you make sure in power bi desktop when you connected to visio online you are using correct credentials. You can edit the credentials by using following:
File -> Options -> Data Source Settings
Check Global Permission radio box and from the list, select your visio data source and click edit permission and enter your credentials. I believe that will resolve the issue.
Would appreciate Kudos 🙂 if my solution helped.
